Have been using the app since 2023 and we’ve had a great experience. The app works exactly as expected and makes EU Omnibus compliance much easier to manage within Shopify.

What truly stands out is the support. Their customer service is exceptionally fast, friendly, and helpful. Every question or request we’ve had was handled professionally and efficiently, and they genuinely care about merchants using their app.

This app has been an absolute game-changer for our store! Staying compliant with the EU Omnibus Directive felt overwhelming at first, but Complimus made the whole process seamless and stress-free.
