Omnibus Owl helps stores selling to EU consumers meet three legal obligations from one app. It tracks every variant's price and shows the lowest price history of the last 30 days on product pages, as the Omnibus Directive requires for discounts. It shows the manufacturer, EU responsible person and safety warnings under the General Product Safety Regulation. It adds the withdrawal button required since June 2026: a two-step form, an acknowledgment email and one list to accept, decline and refund.

Omnibus Owl ist für unseren Online-Shop eine echte Arbeitserleichterung. Die App überwacht die Preise absolut zuverlässig und sorgt dafür, dass alle rechtlichen Vorgaben (wie die Angabe des niedrigsten Preises der letzten 30 Tage gemäß Omnibus-Richtlinie) automatisch eingehalten werden.
Die Einrichtung verlief schnell und unkompliziert, und die Preishistorie wird sauber im Shop dargestellt. Auch der Support reagiert schnell und hilfsbereit, falls man Fragen hat. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden Shopbetreiber!
Avevo segnalato un problema importante: con il tema Prestige, il prezzo storico Omnibus non si aggiornava dinamicamente al cambio di variante, compromettendo la conformità alla Direttiva Omnibus.
Il team di supporto ha risposto rapidamente, confermato il bug e rilasciato una correzione lato app in tempi record senza richiedere modifiche al tema. Ora tutto funziona correttamente.
