No longer do I have to deal with Facebook pixel problems! Additionally, if there are any issues that arise with the event matching, I can get great support from the OnePixel team - Harper was very helpful and identified a FB issue which we are investigating. If I don't ever have to speak to FB support again, I will be a happy person :) As a small business owner, I have to do a lot myself but being able to get on a call with their staff who were very good at explaining things to me, is very valuable and saves me a lot of time in the long run.
