Ongoing Subscriptions

Currently using this app for our subscriptions and I must say I am impressed especially with their customer support. You can tell that they value all their customers and would help out in any way they can. Thank you Adriana and Ongoing team!!!

We have used two other subscription providers previously on the Shopify platform, and they have been hard to deal with unsatisfactory results for ourselves and our customers. I had to migrate to Ongoing Subscriptions and Adriana made it absolutely painless. She walked me through what was needed but also took the reins and made sure nothing slipped up. Ironically I've had a bit of uptick in subs since moving to Ongoing Subscriptions - I think a result of being able to offer multiple frequency options. All in all, good so far!!

This app makes our life so much easier — offering subscriptions to retain existing customers. The setup is literally easy as 1-2-3. And the support is incredible — knowledgeable & able to answer our concerns right away, as well as offer ongoing support on other Shopify themes as well. The app widget itself is very intuitive, easy & painless for our customers to use. Very happy and highly recommend — especially for small biz like ourselves!
