It worked during the free phase. Once I upgraded, didn't work. Nobody returns emails. I tried to send another message, and it says oops, something went wrong, so I Couldn't even contact them. It's overpriced, but upgraded because the idea is good and the data is useful. However, I hate paying for something that doesn't work with no customer service.

Easy to use and setup. Provide detailed insights without needing google analytics. Provide regional insights by analyzing product performance. Recommended!

OA can generate real-time reports with specific conditions, which is awesome! It would be great if the built-in Shopify analytics could also be displayed, making it even easier to view the reports. I hope this can be updated soon!
