instalé la aplicación, seguí todos los pasos y todo al parecer todo quedó bien sin embargo, al momento de recibir una venta, en la parte de notas del cliente que es donde nosotros tomamos el mensaje de cada cliente, aparece un link de open factura. Llamé, escribí a soporte y el único resultado fue que es un error o configuración de shopify y no de ellos. En resumen muy muy malo el servicio al cliente. Todavía no tengo solución y estoy pagando el servicio de integración para facturar electrónicamente.

NO LO CONTRATEN! no emite boletas para pedidos, no contestan nunca, pesimo soporte. mal mal. desordena todo.

Lamentable servicio. Solo emite boletas afectas si es que se calcula el IVA en el carrito, por lo tanto es sumarle ese valor al final de la compra. Pero, EN TODO CHILE, se vende con el número total desde un principio.
