Highly recommend this app for German offline stores who use POS. The default shopify TSE app is not really adhering to German laws. So openfiscal is the best app for this and Ferry has been always reachable and super helpful as well
We can highly recommend the OpenFiskal app.
It makes compliance with DE / AT regulations extremely simple.
Also, the team is "all-in" to help their clients: super fast response, proactive communication, immediate fixes to any issues that might appear.

Wir setzen Openfiskal seit mehreren Monaten ein, reibungsloser Betrieb, einfache Einrichtung und zuverlässige TSE-Integration. Der Support ist schnell und kompetent. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine Shopify-konforme Fiskalisierungslösung suchen.
Wir sind von der Shopify TSE App gewechselt zu OpenFiskal. Die Umstieg war super einfach und die Einrichtung ist ebenso sehr gut erklärt. Bei Rückfragen steht der Support jederzeit zu Verfügung. Wir empfehlen gerne weiter!
Ich habe lange nach einer passenden App für eine TSE Kasse gesucht, welche alle ges. Anforderungen erfüllt. Shopify TSE war kaum praktikabel aber mit OpenFiskal war der Umstieg super einfach und die Anwendung ist praktisch. Unbedingt hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten persönlichen support. Ich hatte einige spezielle Fragen, welche mir alle beantwortet wurden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann diese TSE Kasse nur empfehlen.
