We’ve recently started exploring Opslane and appreciate the direction the product is taking.
The idea of giving every order issue a clear owner, status, and discussion thread addresses a challenge that many Shopify teams face as operations become more complex.
The interface is straightforward, and the workflow is easy to follow. We especially like having a clearer view of who is responsible for an issue and what needs to happen next.
