This app made the integration between our Shopify store and TikTok Shop smooth and hassle-free. Product syncing runs perfectly, inventory updates automatically, and it has eliminated a lot of manual effort while saving us valuable time.
Absolutely excellent - works well and got fantastic support from all the team. I'm giving a special mention to Abdul, Sophie and Laiba for all their help.
The app does exactly what you need it to do, if you have issues with the TikTok app, give this one a go for sure. Malik & Laibaaftb were amazing and helped with any issues and onboarding.

Wonderful app that does its job. I had a problem with a product not sync'ing properly so although it took some days going back and forth but with the teams support we got there in the end and now it's working as intended.
Fatimah has been very helpful in ensuring my issue was resolved. For as long as the app remains Free and an upgrade being required when you surpass 50 orders then this app will be #1.
I would strongly recommend this app to all.

Optima Team was a tremendous help during our store setup for TikTok. With special mentions to Laiba and Waheed, who were very helpful in answering our queries and fix our issues. There were a lot of restrictions and unknowns when setting up the connecting between our store and TikTok but the Optima Team helped with several customisation and speedily resolved them.
