I switched to free (since I was not pleased with the app features) and they continued to charge me for the app. Now I uninstalled it, but I don't think I will see those 9.99 usd back

Lots of bugs with this app and basically no support. I have been waiting for over 1 week and there has been no help whatsoever. Avoid this app!
Says it works with my (FLOW) theme but could not get it to work and contacted their support and they said it does NOT work with my theme! Wasted all that time for nothing!
The interface is great, but it does not work. I connected the personalization I did to a product and it simply does not show the options for it.

Some themes are not supported yet because of the theme structure. But we can fix it in just a few hours.

Don't install it if you're planning to try 'free-tier' because there's no way to add price of any option.
