Optivexa compresses your product images and converts them to WebP, replacing each original with a smaller file so your storefront serves less image weight. You pick the products to run, or switch on automatic optimization so new products are handled for you. Images that are already efficiently encoded are left alone, and only the images Optivexa replaces count towards your allowance. It can also write alt text for images that have none, and every run records the file size before and after.
