The Popup Wizard team is incredible. Oh, that other app companies offered such customer support as this team! I could not believe the level of help they offered! Highly recommend!!

The product is solid, full of useful options, and the pricing is actually fair. What really stands out is the support team they’re quick, helpful, and genuinely care about getting things right. Finally, a pop-up app that gives you real control without overcharging.

It’s refreshing to see a popup app that’s not just built and forgotten. The team behind it keeps rolling out updates and improvements you can really tell they listen to feedback. I’ve shared a few suggestions myself, and seeing them show up in the roadmap (and even in live updates) makes me feel heard as a merchant. Love the direction they’re taking with this app!

I saw a review saying the team added mandatory fields to the popup, so I figured I’d ask for an ‘I agree’ checkbox. Honestly didn’t expect much, but the devs actually built it in and now it’s available for everyone. Super cool to see a popup app where the team really listens and keeps improving.

The exit-intent feature itself works like a charm; it's already helped recover a few abandoning visitors. Great experience overall!

I can be a hard-ass when it comes to customer service but OMG...THIS was THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL CUSTOMER SERVICES i received this morning. They fixed my issue FAST! It was more of a ME issue than it was an issue with the app. Not only are we keeping the app after the trial we are also bringing our 2 other Shopify sites to them and making a HUGE recommendation to our group of entrepreneurs with sites. Support folks could not have been more gracious to help us and you simply don't always get that. If I could give them a 10 star review I would do that in a heartbeat. I HIGHLY encourage store owners to use THIS service!! I'm still blown away at the help I received.
