But real talk the support team is insane. These guys actually care. No copy paste replies, no waiting forever. You message them and they jump in and fix things right away. Feels like you have a dev team on standby.

The app itself is crazy modular too. You can build any kind of popup you want. Email capture, discounts, announcements, upsells, you name it. You are never stuck with one boring layout.

I can be a hard-ass when it comes to customer service but OMG...THIS was THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL CUSTOMER SERVICES i received this morning. They fixed my issue FAST! It was more of a ME issue than it was an issue with the app. Not only are we keeping the app after the trial we are also bringing our 2 other Shopify sites to them and making a HUGE recommendation to our group of entrepreneurs with sites. Support folks could not have been more gracious to help us and you simply don't always get that. If I could give them a 10 star review I would do that in a heartbeat. I HIGHLY encourage store owners to use THIS service!! I'm still blown away at the help I received.
