Pick the orders that need a look first. Customers submit the cart, you approve, then they pay.

Some orders deserve a look before they go through: large orders, custom or made-to-order items, wholesale accounts, first-time customers. Set rules by amount, quantity, product, collection, tag or customer, and choose what happens. Before payment, Checkout becomes Submit for approval: the customer fills in a short form, you review the request and approve it, and they get a link to pay for exactly those items in your checkout. Or let paid orders through and hold fulfillment until you approve.
