Order Edits: Self‑Serve Fixes

Let customers fix addresses, swap sizes and cancel orders themselves, before you ship.

Every "wrong address" or "can I change the size?" email costs you time, and a missed one becomes a returned parcel. Order Edits puts Edit address, Modify order and Cancel buttons on your customers' order page. Changes go straight into the Shopify order, so your fulfillment stays as it is. You choose which edits are allowed and for how long after purchase. Swaps only suggest in-stock options of the same value, so totals never change. Cancellations refund in full and restock automatically.
