Ship Together: Combine Orders

Ship a customer's back-to-back orders in one box. Merge them, print one slip, buy one label.

When a customer places a second order before the first one ships, Ship Together suggests combining them. It matches orders from the same customer, address and fulfillment location within your merge window. Merge in one click: the later orders go on hold and you get one packing slip for the box. When the main order ships, confirm it was packed together and the others are marked fulfilled with its tracking number. Undo any time before you confirm. No new orders are created and no amounts change.
