We run a high-volume B2B operation and this app has been a huge win for us. To be honest, it was recommended to us by our eCommerce partner, and it delivered exactly as promised. Order Merging let us intelligently combine multiple orders from the same customer without breaking inventory, reporting, or fulfillment workflows.
Easy to configure, reliable in production.
AVOID.
No interface, no sign of the app in the location it states. Assuming this is some sort of data harvesting scam.
UPDATE
As of this evening we have received 6 emails and 1 physical letter sent to the business offering us a £100 Amazon gift voucher to remove this review. We are not interested in receiving any incentive to upgrade or remove our review and having looked over screenshots on this page again this evening can see no evidence of progress in development of the app over the last month since the original review was posted.
The constant requests to remove the review have now been reported to Shopify and any further harassment/contact may lead us to involve the relevant authorities.

In response to your claim of offering aid regarding installation -
On the installation issue: The large majority of our merchants install and use OrderMerge without any issues. When something doesn't work for a specific store, it's typically a configuration detail we can resolve quickly together. We reached out multiple times and even offered to compensate you for your time helping us understand where the issue was coming from — unfortunately we never received a reply.
No such offer was received by us which would be why you didn't receive a reply.
Update:
We have again been contacted in relation to this review this evening, making that 7 emails and 1 physical letter. At no time has there been an offer of support, there have however been multiple offers of a £100 gift card to remove the review, as stated previously we are not interested in any bribes, for that is what it would be, to remove the review. The developer has now been informed that any further harassment from them will result in this being turned over to the Police. All communications from the developer both electronic and physical have now been handed to Shopify for investigation into breaching development partner terms and conditions.
Update:
We have since shared proof of our outreach with the merchant directly, including the original email sent on April 7th. We reached out solely to resolve the technical issue and offered a small gesture of appreciation for their time — not as an incentive to remove any review.
Despite our best efforts to connect — including multiple emails, a physical letter, and an offer to cover their time — we were unfortunately unable to get a collaborative response. We're sad it reached this point, as our only intention was to help. We won't be reaching out again, but our support team remains available should they ever wish to revisit this.

On the data harvesting concern: OrderMerge is a Shopify-reviewed app that has passed Shopify's strict validation process. Shopify does not allow any app on their store to harvest data or operate outside their security guidelines — our app is fully compliant with those standards.
