PrinterCo offers an automatic order printing app for Android and Windows devices. Install it on tablets, phones, laptops, PCs, EPOS, or Windows tablets. The app syncs orders from your Shopify store and prints them instantly via thermal printer, with a loud alert for new orders. It works with most thermal POS printers over USB, Bluetooth or network. We also offer handheld terminals with built-in printers that work independently—no need for a separate device.

I was very excited when I found this app and immediately signed up for their highest plan. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The app does not work properly with Star Printer, even after carefully following all setup instructions. This issue directly affects daily operations, which is unacceptable for a paid solution.
We have already paid the monthly subscription and purchased the required license, yet the system still does not function as promised. To make matters worse, there is no refund offered for the license, despite the app not working.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend this app until these critical issues are properly resolved.

Our app is not compatible with all Star printer models, which may be the cause of the issue you’re encountering. We recommend contacting our support team so we can verify whether your specific printer model is supported and assist you further.
We also released a new app update on 20/04/2026, which adds support for several additional Star printer models. Updating to the latest version may resolve the problem.
