PrinterCo has been absolutely amazing to work with! They built a custom app just for us that handles multiple locations and separates orders for each store. They provide both the hardware and software for printing orders/receipts . You can use your own printers or just order from them. Their software has solved a big issue for our corner shop, we needed something that connects to Shopify and automatically prints a reciept in the shop whenever an order comes through.
This prints off the customer details like mobile and address, and what has been ordered. This way our staff in the shop can quickly pack and deliver locally without needing to access Shopify. There's quite a few customisation options on the receipts as well.
Amazing support, they helped with fully formatting the receipt even though it wasn’t compatible with my printer to start with, thank you very much this is perfect for takeaways
