Paid orders get stuck when a 3PL, shipping or order management app stops syncing, and nobody notices until the customer asks where the parcel is. Order Sync Watchdog watches every paid order and emails you when one stays unfulfilled past the window you choose: 6, 12, 24 or 48 hours. It listens to Shopify order updates and re-checks every 15 minutes, so a missed update never means a missed alert. Read-only: it never changes your orders.
