Order Trigger ‑ Email Vendors

Order Trigger is one of the best apps that we have added to our store. We needed a way to send orders to all of our vendors and there were multiple vendors per order. The best part has been the customer service! Robert is a joy to work with he is always helpful and responsive. He has customized things to work for us and it has been a god send!

I use this app to help allocate/automate orders based on zip/post codes.
Everything I asked to be changed or tweaked was done in a timely manner nothing was to big or small for the developer to help me out. Highly recommend outstanding customer service.

It might be the best at what it's doing. I like the possibility to edit what the emails to the suppliers will look like. And it's great to be able to set triggers on all things conceivable. It is too expensive however, that's the big problem with Shopify. The email triggers works awesome as advertised. Developer was also able to add additional email trigger options which made this even more useful for our specific needs. Strongly suggest giving this a shot if you need user-definable email trigger functionality.

Great app, simple, does what it says. The support is quick and amazing. The guy answered my questions quickly and got my trigger working like I wanted. I have product options I needed sent to my vendor and since they are not native to Shopify (I use the Advanced Product Options app) I wanted to make sure the specific fields are included.

Was to be used for detecting high risk orders but emails were being generated for low risk rendering the app useless. No support from the developer either. Avoid.
