This app does so much more than we are currently using, but the parts we use have been invaluable. The plugin to bridge the gap between Etsy limitations and needing to capture customer info in Shopify is perfect. Thank you for providing this!
A total lifesaver for Shopify-Etsy integration!
We were struggling with the native limitations of both Etsy and Shopify, but OrderBridge is incredibly clever at working around them. It bridges the gap perfectly. On top of that, its compatibility with other ecosystem apps is fantastic—it integrates seamlessly with Judge.me, Searchanise, and a bunch of others we already use.
What really sets this app apart, though, is the support. Gary was absolutely amazing. He answered all of our questions quickly and went above and beyond to get the app working exactly the way we needed it to. Highly recommend!

Ally, I'm truly sorry. Your detailed support email from September 2 was caught by our spam filter and I only found it now, which is my failure, not yours. Your diagnosis was right: Portuguese addresses were being captured with the town inside the postal code, Shopify rejected them, and our server showed an error instead of keeping the address. A first fix went out the day after your email, and as of today a rejected address is never lost: it's flagged on the dashboard with the exact reason and a one-click fix. I've replied to you directly and would like to make this right.
