We tried everything. Different shipping apps, picking apps, workarounds and systems stitched together, but nothing ever quite worked the way we needed it to.
OrderOps has been the first platform that actually brought the whole fulfilment process together for us. Orders, picking, packing, scanning, shipping labels and tracking all happen in one place, and it syncs back to Shopify without the team having to think about it.
It’s made the warehouse noticeably faster and, more importantly, much simpler to run. There are fewer moving parts, fewer mistakes and far less jumping between different systems.
