Lateling helps you answer “where is my order?” without digging through orders. A Needs attention list shows recent orders that look late or stuck. Find an order looks up a customer by email, name or order number and shows its delivery status and tracking links. Reply templates fill in the customer's name, order number and tracking. Orders are read in your browser straight from Shopify and are not stored on our servers. An optional Chrome add-on shows the same details next to emails in Gmail.
