This app is great for creating and customizing Invoices, packing slips, etc. I had trouble with a custom font I was using, so I emailed the support team and they fixed my problem immediately.
I have never given such a low score, but in this case I have no option. I have a paid plan and the automatic email sending option is not working. I have tried three times to get help from support, but they always stop responding. This last time, no one responded to me. I am only asking for help to solve this problem, but I will certainly end up looking for another alternative.
Really helpful staff who helped me set up my template to print out custom orders with lots of different varient options.

So far so good! Working in the templates was easy. I submitted a support ticket and they were right on it. I'm very happy with what this is doing for my packing slips!

The app is nice and has a lot of designability which I liked a lot.
HOWEVER, the app doesn't correctly print packing slips when shipping out items from the same order but on different days. It will only print the first packing slip (in my case for digital downloaded training videos) but will not print a packing slip for the physical goods I shipped later from the same order. Tech support seemed to have little comprehension of my language nor much interest in helping when trying to get a remedy. ALSO, the refund template does not function properly. The refund amount DOES NOT show up on the document making it worthless.
