OrderSurvey: Post Purchase NPS

Simple and easy-to-use post-purchase survey app

I tested OrderSurvey for a post-purchase attribution survey in our German Shopify store (“How did you hear about us?”). Setup was straightforward, and the survey worked correctly on the Shopify Thank You page during a real test order.

I especially liked that the app is focused and easy to configure without unnecessary complexity. The free plan is also a good way for smaller stores to get started.

For our store, however, we need more extensive language customization, as some customer-facing elements remained in English even though our store is German. We also need more advanced options for analyzing and evaluating survey responses, as well as greater control over the visual appearance and layout of the survey.

Overall, OrderSurvey is a promising and straightforward solution for simple post-purchase surveys. For our specific needs, the localization and analysis options would need to be more comprehensive.
