ReturnShield analyzes fulfilled orders and refunds from each store's latest 60 days. It explains why customers are flagged, lets merchants choose Allow, Watch or Block, and applies merchant-configured checkout rules through Shopify Functions. PO box and country rules check delivery address, while phone-required and phone-country-code rules check the checkout phone. These values are processed only inside Shopify and are never sent to or stored by ReturnShield.
