Having ChatGPT directly inside Shopify saves a lot of switching between tools and performing some actions on the store plus it can perform actions on my store in bulk and update multiple products in one go.
Nowhere near as good as ChatGPT online. It would be nice to be able to cancel our yearly subscription to this app and receive a refund, so we can put that money toward paying for the full ChatGPT service online instead.
