Been using this for around a month now and it honestly saves me from checking inventory every night. The Slack notices are quick, filtering by SKU helps a lot, and the forecast numbers are surprisingly useful. I do wish the mobile layout was a little cleaner though, some menus feel cramped on my phone.
I mostly needed something for low stock warnings and this handles it nicely. The CSV downloads are handy too, especially before supplier orders. didnt expect to use the reports much but they actually help.
Works fine for our needs. We use it mainly for the recipient routing so different team members get pinged about their own product lines, which has cut down on confusion massively. Would be nice if there was better integration with our existing analytics stack though, and the initial setup wizard could walk you through threshold logic a bit better.

Honestly didn't think I needed something like this until I tried it. The slack alerts have saved me twice already from running out on bestsellers. setting up filters by collection was straightforward enough. Only thing I'd want is maybe a mobile app version because I'm not always at my laptop when stuff drops below threshold.
this app is helpful for stores with lots of SKUs. alerts by collection and vendor are very useful. the dashboard could be cleaner and i had trouble finding one setting. still saves time and reduces stock issues.
