Ive been in retail twenty odd years and I still hate doing reorder math by hand. This thing looks at my sales trend and tells me roughly how much to bring in which has been a huge help honstly. Handling both my shop and my pop up location from one screen is somthing I didnt know I needed. The alerts bend to whatever schedule suits me too. Only gripe is setting up the WhatsApp side took a few tries.

Long time lurker, first review. The forecasting is what I keep coming back to, it flagged my candle sales climbing three weeks before I noticed. I send the PDF to my business partner every friday and she reads it without asking me questions. Filtering by vendor cut a ton of noise. Exports show up on schedule. Two things for the Restock Labs folks, a longer history in the forecast, and a suggested reorder quantity instead of just a warning.

I dont normally leave these. We hold stock in two warehouses and Restock Labs watches both, without me doing the math. Being able to set a different trigger number on each product is what i actually needed

We pipe OOS Lab alerts into our #ops Slack channel so the whole buying team sees them at once. Rules go down to variant level too, our size 8s vanish way faster than everything else. Alerts land within a minute. one thing id ask for is a snooze button for stuff were running down on purpose.

Uploading all my thresholds in bulk instead of one by one was the moment I relaxed about this. The alerts have been dead reliable, nothing slips past. Couple of asks for down the road, a Discord option would suit my team better than Slack, and some saved templates for the reports would save me redoing the setup each time.

Our purchasing lead and I both get the weekly report now which cut out a lot of back and forth. The forecast breakdown in the pdf makes our buying meetings quick since the numbers are already laid out.

not much of a reviewer but this earned it. the second stock dips below my number an email hits my phone and I can act right then. no more finding out from an angry customer.

I run a little home goods shop with my sister and we both needed to see the warnings, so it sending to two of us was the first box ticked. Getting a WhatsApp when something dips low is perfect because im never at my desk. The monthly pdf reports are clean and my accountant loves them. Uploading my whole product list at once saved hours. Wish the mobile view was smoother, and honestly the price could come down a touch.

Being able to narrow alerts down to just my fast movers by tag has been a game changer for how I plan. The scheduled csv drops into my inbox every monday so I stay on top of thresholds.

The instant pings straight into our Slack channel mean the whole team sees a low count at the same moment, it also does the math on how much to reorder which used to be guesswork for us. Running three warehouses is finally manageable in one place. Would be great if it hooked into teams as well.
