I used the paid subscription and had a very bad experience. The user could not log in at all, and a redirect error was displayed. I could not find anyone in the after-sales department, and they did not reply to my emails for more than a week.

I would urge you to check, if your registered email is correct one, or if mails are reaching in your spam.

In our testing on your store it was working fine, so if you could share us some further details we would surely look into it. I assure you we would make it right whatsoever it takes.

Also, when I have some issues in our webpage, the customer service quickly responded and fixed it even it was not caused by their apps.
