As the Director of Retention, one of the most critical aspects of retention is the post-purchase experience, and Pabloo excels in this domain. The app offers a seamless store credit portal that's easy for our team to manage and is also incredibly user-friendly for our customers. The ability for customers to instantly access their store credit balance and apply it at checkout creates a frictionless experience that keeps them coming back. To say that Pabloo has been a game-changer for our store credit management would be an understatement.

We have had a great time working with Pabloo, from the onset our Account Manager Sandra has been responsive and extremely helpful in getting us setup. The app does all the work in building store credit memberships on our site!

Aside from being an intuitive easy to use SASS tool, Sandra always pushed further and provided feedback and insights into our overall E-Commerce business.

I'm enjoying using the Pabloo app on my website. I see most of our customers are engaging with our cashback benefits. We're giving some customers cashback when they make a qualified purchase above $70. And I've noticed that it does have an affect on customer behavior.
