Skvělá appka, zákaznická podpora je super a rychlá. Vždy když problém neni problem se na ne obratit a oni rychle problem vyresi.
Děkujeme za skvělou recenzi! Jsme rádi, že vám aplikace i podpora vyhovují. Od vaší instalace jsme přidali několik vylepšení - e-mailové upomínky, lepší CSV exporty a nové jazykové mutace. Pokud budete cokoliv potřebovat, neváhejte se na nás obrátit!
Super aplikace, která umožňuje propojení se Zásilkovnou. Nastavení je poměrně jednoduché. Zákazník vybírá pobočku až po zaplacení, což pro některé může být trochu odrazující/zmatečné. Ale chápeme, že to jinak nelze udělat.
Děkujeme za recenzi! Co se týče výběru pobočky po zaplacení - to je bohužel omezení Shopify pro standardní plány. Pro Shopify Plus obchody už umíme nabídnout výběr přímo v checkoutu. Mezitím jsme přidali i nové funkce jako upomínky e-mailem nebo podporu dalších přepravců. Dejte nám vědět, jak se vám s appkou pracuje!
