PackOS Checkout

PackOS has helped our company to FINALLY have shipping rates to match exactly what the customer actually orders. Talk about long overdue!

In the past, we had shipping groups set up in Shopify to hopefully get us close. This was the closest thing we could get to what we wanted, and sometimes it was still WAY off. Some orders were undercharged which was hurting our bottom line. One the other side of that, some orders were being overcharged which in turn means customers leaving at checkout or requiring us to refund our customers the excess shipping charge.

PackOS has changed all of that for us. We took the time to set up each product and box size that we have in PackOS and now shipping costs for our customers are calculating perfectly. It also allows you to change your margins to provide a little safety net or profit off of shipping costs. Want to charge an additional amount to cover the cost of each individual box?
