We’ve been using Packrooster for a good while now and it’s been working great for us. Everything runs smoothly and we honestly have nothing to complain about. Whenever we’ve had questions, their customer service has been super fast and really kind. It’s been a pleasure to use and we can definitely recommend it.

En valitettavasti voi antaa vielä yli kolmea tähteä koska ei ole optimoitu toimimaan Safarilla jota käytän koska IOS-toimintaympäristö. Jouduin erikseen lataamaan ja käyttämään varta vasten heidän ohjelman takia jotain mitä en halua käyttää. Jos olet windows käyttäjä ja tykkäät käyttää chrome selainta uskon toimivan hyvin.
Kiitos arvostelustasi! Tällä hetkellä tulostaminen toimii kyllä myös Mac-laitteilla, esimerkiksi Chrome-selaimella. Täydellinen yhteensopivuus iOS-laitteille ja Safarille vaatii tosiaan syvempää konfiguroimista. Näiden saaminen toimimaan automaattisesti on ollut meillä jo jonkin aikaa työlistalla - toivottavasti saisimme sen pian valmiiksi ja julkaistua. Nykyään on myös mahdollista käyttää Packrooster API-rajapintaa tulosteiden saamiseksi eri laitteille automaattisesti. Sen avulla tämän voisi tarvittaessa ratkaista myös iOS-laitteille jo nyt. -Samuli / Approosters
We’ve been really happy with Packrooster Shipping by Approosters. The app has everything we need for managing our shipping options, and getting it up and running was easier than expected. It works smoothly with different carriers and has been very reliable for our daily operations.
I also want to give a big shoutout to their support team. They reply incredibly fast, and every time we’ve had a question, they’ve helped us right away with clear and practical answers. It honestly feels like they go the extra mile to make sure everything works the way it should.

Todella helppokäyttöinen työkalu, joka vähentää manuaalista työtä todella paljon. Nopeuttaa tilausten käsittelyä ja vähentää virheiden mahdollisuutta lähetyksissä, kun manuaalinen työ ja tietojen siirto poistunut käytön myötä. Asiakaspalvelu on täyttä timanttia! Vastaukset kysymyksiin tulee todella nopeasti ja ohjeet ovat selkeitä sekä täsmällisiä ja aina on tarjottu myös ratkaisun käytäntöönvientiä asiakkaan puolesta, mikä on parasta. Emme voisi olla tyytyväisempiä!
