We’ve been using Packrooster for a good while now and it’s been working great for us. Everything runs smoothly and we honestly have nothing to complain about. Whenever we’ve had questions, their customer service has been super fast and really kind. It’s been a pleasure to use and we can definitely recommend it.
We’ve been really happy with Packrooster Shipping by Approosters. The app has everything we need for managing our shipping options, and getting it up and running was easier than expected. It works smoothly with different carriers and has been very reliable for our daily operations.
I also want to give a big shoutout to their support team. They reply incredibly fast, and every time we’ve had a question, they’ve helped us right away with clear and practical answers. It honestly feels like they go the extra mile to make sure everything works the way it should.
All in all, a great app with great people behind it. Easy to recommend!
This is a wonderful app that has given us an opportunity to scale our online store delivery options quite easily. The integrations with all big logistics companies work well and the customer service of Packrooster App gets 10/10. I warmly recommend this app for small (and why not bigger online stores as well) who want to scale their business all over the world.
Very quick and easy to use.
Sending larger parcels should include an option to pack a certain amount of the merchandise so that you wouldn't have to click each one individually. We handle very large parcels up to 6000kg and the program will of course divide it into how many we want, but it takes too much time to choose everything individually and it may cost us more in the end if we just let it automatically divide the weight between the pallets. (for example a 5 pallet parcel would weigh about 6000kg but the products might weigh a different amount on each one, and the weighing could cost extra if it has to be done) Packrooster just divides the 6000kg into 5.
Many thanks for your review and important feedback! For your use case it would certainly be good to have the ability to fill in manually the quantity of products to be packed in one shipment or package without manually clicking each one. We have now added this to our roadmap for future updates. As for the multi-parcel shipments, we have to rely on how each shipping carrier API works. Many of them only approve total weight of all parcels/items when creating a multi-parcel shipment, and they do the weight distribution evenly in their end. Great app to expand your shipping options all over the world. All the features, that you really need are provided and the setup is fairly easy to do. Customer service is also incredibly fast and flexible. Big thanks to Tatu for helping us!
