Germany is a big market for us. We have suffered from packstation issues for years. We have tried many solutions including plug ins from DHL and auto scripts. None have fully sorted the problem like this app. We literally get zero issues now. Was easy to set up. I had a couple of questions and they sorted them out right away. Would give this 6/5 if I could. Our cutomers have a better UX and our return shipment costs are massivly reduced.
