We’ve been working with Pango for quite a while now, and the experience has been truly outstanding.
Lukasz, in particular, deserves a special mention. What I value the most is his attitude: always willing to help, always ready to do what we ask, and to do it fast and right. Every time we’ve had a problem, a doubt, or a special case, we’ve received support immediately. No excuses, no delays — just solutions.
What makes this collaboration even better is that it hasn’t been one-way. We’ve also been able to give Pango a lot of real feedback from daily use, suggesting improvements and reporting edge cases, and they’ve actually listened and implemented changes. It really feels like a partnership, not just a client–provider relationship.
Thanks to Pango, to Lukasz and Steve, our returns and exchanges process works much better, more smoothly, and with far less stress for both our team and our customers.
