Send each POS sale to the card terminal at the till. Keep the bank's answer on every order.
Pay Sync connects Shopify POS to your card terminals in South Africa. The cashier taps the Pay Sync tile and the sale total goes to the terminal at that till, so nothing is retyped. The bank's answer is kept on the Shopify order: RRN, authorisation code, terminal ID, masked card and outcome. A POS return becomes a refund to the original card. Each night Pay Sync checks every till against your terminal provider's report and flags what needs a person. Try it all in Simulator mode first.
- Send the POS sale total to the card terminal at the till, with nothing retyped
- Keep the terminal's RRN, authorisation code and outcome on every Shopify order
- Turn a POS return into a refund sent back to the customer's original card
- Reconcile each till every night against your terminal provider's report
- Flag orphan payments, amount mismatches and unsent refunds for review
