I was literally waiting for this one year ago, and this was the reason behind many live chats with Shopify support center and there was no solution. only available one the advanced COD for Indian merchants only. and finally, now dream come true, i cannot believe it and the solution works amazing now with me and hiding the COD payment method if grand total above AED2000 this is super amazing thank you so much you made my day and helps our business a lot in the middle east.

Muy buena aplicacion, la recomiendo 100% y el soporte al cliente es excelente ... SI necesitas cambiar nombre a formas de pago o el orden en que aparecen el el checkout es una muy buena opcion para tu tienda !!!
