We are using thsi service to hide specific payment options from some customers and companies. Very intuitive and easy to use. 5 minute set-up. I like it a lot.

After a silent update approximately 2 months ago, the Cash on Delivery payment method stopped appearing at checkout — our primary payment method. We had no idea what was causing the drop in sales until we investigated manually.
There was no email, no changelog notification, no warning that the update had changed the app's behavior. This cost us significant revenue over two months.
The app works when configured correctly, but breaking changes must be communicated to merchants immediately. This level of silence around a critical update is unacceptable for a payment rules app.
