Fantastic Support – Problem Solved Quickly!
We ran into an issue with payment tenders not reordering correctly, which was causing real headaches for our business. The support team, especially Shahriar, was outstanding. He took the time to fully understand the problem, communicated clearly throughout, and resolved everything quickly and efficiently. This app is exactly what we were looking for. We offer payment terms to select customers that have been approved in advance. We didn't want the payment invoice option to show for every customer as we had occasions where a customer would select this payment option that wasn't preapproved. Now we just tag the customer for payment invoice and they have the option at checkout.
We can just as easily revoke their payment invoice privileges by untagging them and they will be forced to pay at checkout.

I used this app to hide certain countries from accessing Cash on Delivery option. At first it looks like its not working but the COD option only disappears when the customer enters their postal code.
As far as I know, only app which does the job. Recommend
You are right. The Shopify API is triggered once all required shipping fields, such as the zip/postal code, are filled in. Additionally, the checkout button will not activate until these shipping fields are completed. Thank you for the recommendation and I am really glad that you got a solid solution to hide Cash on Delivery (COD) conditionally!
