Mega PDF Invoices

The Mega PDF Invoices team have been outstanding from the first contact. Extremely professional, diligent, quick to follow up and super clever. They are solving some very complex conditional displays of information for our paperwork needs, which after searching far and wide on the Shopify App store I have not found another app that would rise to the challenge as well as the team of Mega PDF Invoices. Oleksii, Oleksandr, Alisa and the rest of the team have been an absolute joy to work with. I am already recommending them to everyone I know on Shopify who need a solution for invoicing.

It just works. Also I asked support to make changes to the PDF, and they were fast and efficient. They responded quickly (even on a Sunday) and got the job done swiftly.

This app has the perfect format for Wholesale Invoicing that we were looking for. Their customer support is top-notch. They always answer promptly and help us the best way they can.

Just about does what we need it to but has taken quite a lot of emailing to support to get things setup or fixed. It would be much better if the invoice template code was directly editable or the settings more flexible.

Excellent service!

Easy to set up and the support are very fast to assist and make any minor tweaks required to their templates. Being able to include a PDF invoice download link in the Shopify notification templates is a life saver.

The team are very helpful!

It's wild that Shopify doesn't come with this feature built in, but this app has been great. We're still using the free version and it does everything we need, which is simply creating pdf invoices. I'm leaving this review because the customer service team has always been great, and is happy and quick to help make adjustments to my app whenever needed.
