Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator

This is by far the best invoicing app on Shopify! I had downloaded and tried several other invoicing apps in the Shopify app marketplace before deciding on this one.

You can create multiple templates (invoices, Proforma invoice) where as in other apps, you are limited to only one type of template. There are also templates like for orders, returns, refunds.

From your Shopify Order page, you can send out the invoice with one click, under More Actions. You can also send it to another email address instead of the original customer.

The best part is that it works with Shopify Flow. I love how every field on the invoice can be customized with the drag & drop editor. The app is very well designed and streamlined.

Edwin from support is very responsive, and extremely helpful! I highly recommend this to all Shopify merchants who want to automate their invoicing process.

Great app with lots of customization and possibilities. I had a small issue with a packing list, contacted the chat, and Edwin replied quickly. An hour later, the issue was fixed. Definitely recommend the app. Great support!

What a fantastic discovery in such a crowded invoice-app market! I gave a few others a shot, but this app, especially Edwin’s support, is dead set five stars. Using this app for more than a year now, have never had any issues and works perfectly. It’s got heaps of great features, super flexible setup and a great customer experience. Highly recommended!

Probably the most versatile invoicing app out there. I deleted the app a while back when Shopify came with their own VAT invoices. But (as with many things) Shopify makes is practically impossible to use it. So I installed Oxilayer again. Instantly a relief from my clients getting an invoice in their email after paying. Everything works SO well. The options you have in the backend is very broad, as well as the templates. Would 100% recommend!

Very customizable app. Integrates well in many different forms to your store. I use it only to send customers invoice link that is integrated into order confirmation page and it works great. Also support is there and very available to clarify things. 10/10

I can't speak highly enough of the Oxilayer dev team. I requested a custom feature (upload packing slips to Google drive) and it was implemented quickly, and Edwin even helped me set up my Flow automations to automate packing slip distribution to my suppliers.

it is a bit misleading to claim 'forever free' 'unlimited free invoices' when once installed it says that we need to pay for exceeding the monthly limit of 50 orders. I prefer this to be explicit before installing as there are other apps to compare with similar plans.

Great customization and support, especially for the price. If you ever have an issue, they will sort it out almost instantly
