Customer support is awesome and super quick to respond! I love that I can upload files and link them to an existing product – so handy. Other apps didn’t let me access my already uploaded stuff. Big thanks for making such a great app – it’s a joy to use!

Excellent communication when checking it was all working well (which I really appreciate). Everything functions as promied and it was super easy to set up! Thank you for creating this app, I am excited to be branching into the world of digital downloads!
So far the product is working very smoothly and set up was extremely user friendly. Najmus was very helpful and friendly and had me set up and ready to sell in no time!
It's a pretty good plugin and I like the process of customers receiving the email and being taken to a page where they can see all their downloads under one email.
I did however encounter some scenarios that could be improved:
a customer entered their email wrong so they never received the download email. I had to manually send each file over instead of one product link that contained all files.
The links were pretty long too. I left some feedback and while they can't implement this feature now, it's on their to do list which I appreciate :)
Also i know he meant well but he kept calling me sir even after i signed off and left (she/her) in my message - but no harm, just a little feedback for the support team, thank you! :)

I’m already impressed! The setup was super simple, and the features are exactly what I needed. It’s incredibly easy to use, which is a huge plus. I had been using another app before, but it didn’t offer enough access for uploading my digital courses and files. With this app, everything is seamless. Highly recommend!
Gourav helped me out and everything is running smoothly. He helped me with a test order. Also, answered all my concerns. The set up was easy.
