It's a great app and very easy to use. I had some issues while setting up, and Deepu helped me with great zeal. Highly recommended.
worst support .I am trying from a long time to contact them but they do not reply. I tried different time Morning, Afternoon , Night but still they are not replying even after reading the messages so who will solve our problems.
Using Penguin COD for its partial prepaid COD feature - it seamlessly integrates with Shiprocket which is a game changer. Customer support is also great!
Very nice app. This really helped us to setup payment flow the way we wanted specially for COD and it reduced RTO rate. Their support team is very prompt and did the setup they way we wanted. Very very helpful.
