For Pentane users, the Post Purchase Survey directly sends attribution data to your Pentane account.
Pentane Post-Purchase Survey asks your buyers one question after they complete an order, so you can learn how they found your store. The survey appears on the Thank you page and the Order status page, where buyers have already finished checking out and are most likely to respond. You choose the question and the answer options, and each response is saved against the order it came from. This gives you a record of which channels your customers say brought them to you.
