This is how every business should collect reviews in 2025. We’ve been using Persona even before its Shopify launch, and it has completely transformed our review collection process. Significantly increased the number of reviews we collect, flooding our product pages with photo reviews and user generated content. Customers love the personal touch and the “wow” effect from the AI during the review request. The AI management is outstanding, and the support team is incredibly fast and professional.
