Good products, good app and approachable and responsive staff (I've been mainly dealing with Richard Ross who is very good).
There's quite a few issues and UX problems with the app, but given it's new there's likely to be some teething issues. Once these are fixed this app will set them apart from their competitors as it will be a seriously good app. The automation will give them an edge with any personalised gifts website that want's to use their system.
