The setup was surprisingly straightforward. Within a day, our Shopify stores was offering same-day, scheduled, and nationwide delivery options without any technical headaches.

Before Phlenu, we spent too much time calling riders and updating customers manually. Now everything is managed from Shopify, and customers can track their deliveries in real time.

Very disappointing experience. The app is not reliable and failed to work as expected. The setup was confusing, key features didn't function properly, and I ran into multiple issues during testing. I also contacted support but didn't receive a helpful solution. I can't recommend this app until these problems are resolved.
