Very disappointing experience. The app is not reliable and failed to work as expected. The setup was confusing, key features didn't function properly, and I ran into multiple issues during testing. I also contacted support but didn't receive a helpful solution. I can't recommend this app until these problems are resolved.
Before Phlenu, we spent too much time calling riders and updating customers manually. Now everything is managed from Shopify, and customers can track their deliveries in real time.
We sell across different cities, so having local, nationwide, and heavy-item delivery in one app has made fulfillment much easier. It feels like it was built with African businesses in mind.
