Worthless! All it wants you to do is UPGRADE everytime you try to make a product design. I have skincare products and remembered I have used this before on their website and all it ever did was distort all of your product labels. Don't waste your time with this one.

I would give minus ten if I could. I read other reviews and I knew it is required to have MAX plan to export from Photoroom to Shopify. I have two stores so I bought two Max Spaces (yes, you need pay separately for each store). It stopped working on the first evening, when I didn't use even 10% of my credits. Support were useless, but at least they got back at first. Functioning got partially restored on the next day - and stopped working after generating 18 images (out of 1500 limit). I bought annual subscription, highly priced plans, I have no contact with support for over 24hrs, and the last time I heard from them was asking me to go into incognito - I've done this before and I told them about this! Don't get fooled - this app looks so tempting, but it does not work with Shopify if you need more than 20 images, perhaps it's OK for small store owners - but who would need automation in a small store?
I have plenty screenshots to document and what I experienced feels like a scam simply.

Edit. After using it for 3 weeks I give 2 stars - as it works well - from time to time. Support is poor - probably due to time zone differences, but other apps offer 24/7 contact. My Photoroom stopped seeing Shopify products last night. I used ctrl shift F5, ctrl shift R, I cleared cache and cookies, I logged out, I tried incognito mode and i tried different browser - nothing helps.

I have been a long time user and just found you can integrate with Shopify so I decided to pay the yearly Pro instead of monthly after reading that all users have publishing to shopify. Well that is not true as I just opened a chat box on your site as to why I am limited to publishing and it told me ONLY MAX USERS ARE ABLE TO. Maybe fix the differences for each tier with clearer descriptions. If pro users are limited ADD THAT! If we able to publish then fix your chatbox and then check why I am only limited to under 10 photos.

The listing score feature is such a cool and incredibly useful tool that is great at catching the small things that you'd normally miss. Making those changes with just one click is incredibly efficient and easy.

I love this app. This app solved the problem of how I was going to use models for my images, but I couldn't afford the high cost of photoshoots and the models. I love how my products look on the models, as well as, on the backgrounds. Now with the SEO built in I am already seeing more traffic to my site. I can't wait to see what the new upgrades are going to be. Highly recommend this to everyone with a shop.

Sorry i can only give this 3 stars because of the price, if it was cheaper then deffo 5 stars, its a shame its just too expensive for me.
