Nous utilisons PlayShorts depuis quelques mois, et pour une marque de nutrition comme la nôtre — où expliquer, rassurer et donner envie est toujours un challenge en digital — cet outil est tout simplement parfait. Nous n’avions jamais utilisé de vidéos avant, mais l’intégration sur Shopify se fait en trois clics, sans prise de tête, et le rendu est super propre, surtout sur mobile.
Nos clients adorent : ils comprennent mieux les produits, passent plus de temps sur les pages, et on voit clairement l’impact sur les conversions. Plus besoin (ou moins besoin) de devoir écrire des pages et des pages d'argumentaires, une bonne vidéo de 30 secondes incarnée par le fondateur et c'est parti.
L’appli est simple, stable, bien pensée, et le support est aux petits oignons.
